'MyFitnessPal Tutorial | How to track a Nutrient Dense Salad | MMS Ep 10'

'Welcome to Episode 10 of Making Macros Simple where I teach you how to track your meals in MyFitnessPal (either on the phone app or their website)!    Truly, I see the change in my clients every week and I believe when they put their minds to tracking their macronutrients properly they achieve so much change without going to extremes!  Reverse Dieting and flexible dieting is the answer to so many people\'s prayers!  Today I show you how to track individual ingredients within a very large salad by inputting each separate ingredient into the website myfitnesspal!  This lifestyle teaches you about what is in your foods and what portion control is according to your body and not some scientific equation or calculation that spits out generic numbers for you to follow!  We are taking this day by day, meal by meal.  Week 1 is going to be dedicated to breakfast meals.  Week 2 is dedicated to lunch meals.  Week 3 is dedicated to dinner meals.  Week 4 is dedicated to desserts!!!  Tracking macronutrients takes calorie counting to the next level!
